BOOK DISCUSSION ON THE FEMALE BODY
WITH MAYA SALAM
New York Times gender reporter Maya Salam will jumpstart a candid group conversation about women's bodies, and the range of feelings they elicit around National Book Award finalist ‘Her Body and Other Parties’ by Carmen Maria Machado.
"Her Body and Other Parties, by Carmen Maria Machado, is a love letter to an obstinate genre that won’t be gentrified."
―Parul Sehgal, The New York Times
