We offer private body work sessions with our faculty. These 60-minute individualized sessions, combine postural anatomy awareness, body weight strength training and Thai massage techniques. The concept is to use multiple modalities to improve the body’s capability in a focused setting.

Enjoy three tailored private sessions to address your goals and specific protocols for your body. An at-home program will be created to help you reach those objectives. You will go over your homework exercises and how to progress them during your individual sessions, ensuring you are doing them correctly. Props will be given to take home with you (therabands, fascia balls, foam rollers) to help facilitate your conditioning.
