FALL RETREAT with THE FLOOR

Join us for a fall weekend upstate with a focus on communal gathering and creativity. Our home for the weekend is settled on 15-acres with a heated salt-water pool, library and sunroom. We will have daily Pilates classes, craft activities, shared meals and responsibilities within the group (setting the table, flower arrangements, clearing the plates, making campfires, etc…).
EXAMPLE OF A DAILY SCHEDULE:
8-10am: breakfast on the patio
10am: Pilates class
11:30am: craft activity
1pm: lunch, pool, downtime
4pm: craft activity
7pm: dinner
9pm: campfire and s’mores
EXAMPLE OF ACTIVITIES:
Clay trinket dish, candle making, pressed flower frames, tie dye sweatsuits, friendship bracelets, karaoke, poker game night.
BEDROOM 1
Main floor of the home with an ensuite bathroom and mountain views
King bed: $1900, shared bed: $1500
Day bed: $1300
Trundle bed: $1300
BEDROOM 2
Located on the lower level this bedroom includes access to a small outdoor pergola with views of the mountains. It has an associated shared bathroom off of the basement living space.
Queen bed: $2100, shared bed: $1750
BEDROOM 3
Located on the lower level Queen Bedroom 2 and has private attached bathroom.
Queen bed: $2100, shared bed: $1750
BEDROOM 4
Queen bed located on the upper level. Shares a full bathroom with the second floor bedrooms.
Queen bed: $1900, shared bed: $1450
BUNKROOM 1
Twin bunk beds on the upper level of the home. Shares a full bathroom with the second floor bedrooms.
Bunkbeds: $1250/each
BUNKROOM 2
Twin bunk beds on the upper level of the home. Shares a full bathroom with the second floor bedrooms.

INCLUSIVE IN THE FEE:
Accommodations, all meals & snacks, supplies for craft activities, welcome bag, wine & beer with dinner.
GETTING THERE:
CAR: the house is easily accessible off I-87. The drive is 2 hours and 20mins.
-TRAIN: there is Amtrak service from Penn Station in NYC to Hudson, which takes just about 2 hours. From there it is a 20min car ride to the house.
-BUS: Trailways bus service operates from Port Authority in the city to the Catskills, which is 2 hours and 40min. From there it is a 15min car ride to the house.
We will have a whatsapp chat with the group ahead of the retreat to share travel details and coordinate rides/trains/ubers.
Transportation is not included in the retreat fee.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
A non-refundable deposit of $300 is due to secure your spot. Remainder of retreat fee due September 1. Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat date will receive a full refund, less the deposit. Cancellations made within the 30 days of the retreat will not be issued a refund, no exceptions, including weather, illness, injury or personal emergencies.
